Sinlaku... will we be hit hard?

Storm Update: Sinlaku is only a tropical storm currently, smaller than a category 1 typhoon (1 being smallest, and 5 largest)... so not need to worry!

Typhoon Sinlaku is headed towards us this week... the forecast looks like it's definitely headed toward Kyushu (our island,) but we need to keep watching to see whether it comes directly at us, or to the East/West of us. We have storm shutters that we will use when the time comes, and will be sure to try and stay safe. We went throught quite a powerful storm during our first year here, so we kind of know what we're in store for...
